We offer a range of specialty carbon black and masterbatch products that provide superior color for molded parts (including injection or blow molded parts) in the consumer, industrial and automotive markets. Our products provide long lasting color and opacity in a wide range of polymers, including polyolefins and engineering thermoplastics. Additionally, many of our products have high levels of cleanliness to ensure the aesthetic quality of your final products.

PLASBLAK® PE2605

An economical masterbatch designed to provide general purpose coloration in a wide range of applications. It is particularly suited for applications requiring the economic addition of 2.5% carbon black. In film applications, the extender additionally acts as an antiblocking agent.

PLASBLAK® PE2718

A masterbatch designed for the coloring of PS, SAN, ABS and polyolefins in injection molding and compounding applications. It offers outstanding opacifying and pigmentation performance at an economic cost.

PLASBLAK® PE2727

A polyethylene based black masterbatch designed for use in film, extrusion and molding applications.

PLASBLAK® PE2813

The first European manufactured black masterbatch, based on a furnace process carbon black, to fully comply with the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (Food and Drug Administration 21 CFR Part 178 Section 178.3297 Colorants for Polymers) and all applicable food additive regulations for coloring single-use food packaging.

BLACK PEARLS® 900

A specialty carbon black that balances superior jetness performance with masterbatch viscosity. It is particularly suited for automotive and consumer electronics engineering resin molding applications where high jetness is required. It can also be used in coatings.

BLACK PEARLS® 1300

Ideal for liquid and powder coatings that require standard masstone jetness, including automotive coatings. The pigment imparts a relatively strong blue undertone and level of gloss. This product can also be used in plastic molding applications requiring excellent jetness.

BLACK PEARLS® 4350

A specialty carbon black that meets U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements for use in plastics. It offers medium jetness, blue undertone, and excellent dispersibility and masterbatch dilutability.

BLACK PEARLS® 4840

A carbon black offering high jetness and superior surface smoothness in engineering resin and other plastic molding applications. This balance of aesthetic qualities makes it particularly suited for automotive interior, electronic, business machine and similar applications.
