Our growing team in Carrollton is committed to maintaining the highest standards in safety, health and environmental (SH&E) performance.

Announced in May 2017, we broke ground on the new fumed silica manufacturing facility in September 2017. The facility began its operations in 2020 and extends Cabot's long-term relationship with Dow. The site manufactures fumed metal oxides that are used in adhesives and sealants, coatings and other applications.

Our team of approximately 30 employees are active, involved, and volunteering within the many communities which they represent. Locally we have a growing involvement with the City of Carrollton, helping to meet the needs of its citizens and programs.
