We offer a wide range of silica external additives and carbon black pigments for toners. Electrophotographic printers electrostatically adhere toner to a photoreceptor drum and transfer it onto an output material via charging, exposure, development, transfer and fixing processes. It is characterized by high-speed, high-quality printing and high printing productivity compared to inkjet printers. Silica additives provide unique function to toner particle as external additives and our unique carbon black enables a good balance of color effect and electrical properties.
We offer the widest range of silica additives for toners of any major manufacturers. Our portfolio includes fumed silica, colloidal silica and silica-polymer composite materials with primary particle sizes ranging from 8 nm up to 200 nm. Combined with a variety of available hydrophobizing treatments, these offerings allow for the controlled tuning of performance characteristics such as tribocharge, freeflow and spacing for consistent print quality across a range of conditions.
Specialty Carbons
We offer specialty carbons pigments for use with polyester and styrene acrylic resins in chemical, conventional and liquid toners. Our products enable black toners to achieve high image density and tribocharging for outstanding print quality.
